Service:Assisted Stretching, Targeted add another, change

In this 30 minute stretch we target the muscles that are causing the problem, working on specific areas of the body. The muscles are moved into a stretch and held for 30 seconds to 1 minutes, giving the muscles and body time to “relax into” the stretch.
